focuses on marketing and selling off residential buildings that have been restored by investors in Bulgaria. For over 15 years, our company has specialised in developing projects in Bulgaria and opening new markets.

We provide residential buildings and business infrastructure at the design stage, based on our knowledge of customer preferences. In collaboration with our exclusive partners, we design, build and develop new neighbourhoods in cities, tailored to the needs of our customers. Once our development projects are commissioned, the return on investment exceeds 10% per year.

We have also expanded the company’s interest in the further monetisation of real estate through art, as well as the use of original architectural, design and fashion solutions in objects.
