Elizaveta Fuchidji is the head of the company and has worked in the real estate and development sector since 2008, creating cutting-edge investment projects. She started her career as an assistant, quickly becoming the company’s main broker and then its office head.

In the process, she drew attention to major construction projects and small, highly promising companies offering innovative solutions in the development sector.
One of our most successful and long-term partnerships was with Atlantis Bulgaria Holding. It was subsequently decided that a real estate agency should be created to represent not only the construction company of one of the partners, but also other projects on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
The prospect of becoming a managing director motivated Elizaveta to continue her studies in the business environment and take many strategic marketing courses in Bulgaria and abroad. At the same time, she developed new markets and opened offices in new cities.

The company has enjoyed incredible success in just three years:
  • Offices in over 10 cities with populations of more than one million;
  • The company started work on new projects;
  • It was recognised as the best brokerage agency and held presentations and seminars.
This allowed us to meet many people who later became both clients and investors.
The first client who invested in the company’s projects started with an investment of 130,000 euros. At the end of the 36-month period, their investment had increased by 36%, leaving them with 180,000 euros. Later on, the client continued to invest in our projects. Their next investment was € 500,000 in a project at the sales stage. A year later, their investment had increased by 15%. Thanks to investor recommendations, more and more projects were undertaken, and on a larger scale.

The company’s experts advised investors on profitable investment options and chose the project with the lowest risk and highest investment attractiveness for them. They also agreed on deferrals and exit financing schemes. The implementation of these facilities was also dealt with by the expert group in the future.
